Most men carry more than anyone knows. The Table is a monthly container where you can put it down, be honest, and be met by other men doing the same work.

Co-facilitated by Mik Raibon and William Kelly, LCSW, each session combines mindfulness, breathwork, and inner child work with real conversation — the kind most of us never had growing up.

Held at Ubuntu Farm and Healing Center in collaboration with Create the Space, this retreat blends ceremony, somatic healing, and visioning work in a grounded, restorative setting.
